Your site is backed up offsite a minimum of 3 times per day.
Your database is backed up both locally and offsite every 4 hours, and your web content is backed up locally and offsite every 8 hours.
Our innovative backup strategy allows us to maintain incremental updates for each of these backups, and we are able to restore any customer database or file to within an 8-hour time window for up to 6 months.
In the unlikely event of a catastrophic problem at our datacenter, all of your current data is safe at another location. If you change a file or database by mistake, we are able to recover any version for you rapidly for a small charge.
