No. Per-user unix access does not work well with our security model, where one user can access multiple sites. Additionally, it takes human resources to proactively monitor a multi-user shell environment. Hosts that provide this type of access without this level of attention put all of their users at risk!
At the present time, we are focusing our efforts on providing great service in other areas. Most of our users are pleasantly surprised at what they can accomplish through WebDAV and web-based administration tools.
